STWST Club Sessions
Fr + Sat Night from Sunset to Sunrise
Taking over the club space at STWST, the Unfinished Club hosts two all night public events.
TALK RE:TALK friday night includes 5 sessions – Unfinished Business, Unfinished Code, Unfinished Lab, Unfinished Network, Unfinished Body.
RE:TALK patching (led by Martin Howse) intervene and re-version the TALK sessions.
ACT RE:ACT saturday night includes also 5 sessions – Unfinished Archives, Unfinished Access, Unfinished Utopia, Unfinished Porn, Unfinished Dream.
Ending the sessions with playback the future at dawn, we walk out of the club to greet the sunrise by the Danube, not-quite-finished.

UNFINISHED CLUB is conceived and realized by Shu Lea Cheang.
Shu Lea Cheang (USA) is an artist, filmmaker, networker working with various art mediums and film formats, including installation, performance, net art, public art, video installation, feature-length film and web serial. As a net art pioneer, her project BRANDON (1998-1999) was the first web art commissioned and collected by the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Currently situated in post net-crash BioNet zone, Cheang takes on viral love, bio hack in her current cycle of works. This year, she is representing Taiwan with a solo exhibition 3x3x6 at Venice Biennale 2019. She has joined STWST48 curatorial team since 2015.
